Check-in 2012
Students must be enrolled in Cherry Creek School District and assigned to Cherry Creek High School to attend check-in.
 
STEP 1: CHERRY CREEK SCHOOL DISTRICT FORMS
Log in to my.cherrycreekschools.org to begin the check-in process with online DISTRICT forms.
* These forms must be completed online before the student checks in at CCHS.
     
STEP 2: CHERRY CREEK HIGH SCHOOL FORMS
The Cherry Creek High School forms will be filled out online, printed, signed and brought to check-in in August at the student's assigned day and time.
 

Information

Required and Optional Forms

This year's Check-in packet automates much of the process of filling in information like names, telephone numbers, etc. which will save time by not having to repeatedly fill in the same information. These forms should be filled out online before printing.

Some forms require parent signatures, student signatures, or both. Incomplete “required” forms will prohibit you from completing the check-in process.

“Required” forms will ALL need to be printed to be turned in at check-in. The “required” forms include:

  • Check-in Cover Sheet
  • 2012-2013 Fee Worksheet
  • Off Campus Permission

    “Optional” forms can be printed by selecting the specific page under the print menu. The “optional” forms include:

  • PTCO After Prom Volunteer Form
  • Release of Information to Military Recruiters (11th and 12th grade only)
  • Student Nutrition - Reduced Lunch (can only be filled out online)
  • School Picture Order Form
  • Vehicle Registration

Please go over these instructions and complete all the required forms before check-in. Each student MUST check in for him/herself. Students may not attend classes until they have completed the check-in process.

STUDENTS MUST CHECK IN AT THEIR ASSIGNED TIMES. STUDENTS MAY NOT CHECK IN EARLIER. LATECOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN DURING A MAKE UP TIME. STUDENTS UNABLE TO MAKE THEIR SCHEDULED TIME MAY COME LATER THAT DAY DURING MAKE UP OR ANY FOLLOWING DAY DURING THE MAKE UP TIME.

Late check-in will be Monday, August 20, 2012, in the West Cafeteria from 6:45-8:30 a.m.

 

What to be prepared for and what to bring:

  1. All the required and optional forms you printed and signed (if needed) in Step 2. Please assemble forms in numerical order to facilitate the check in process.
  2. Payment for fees and/or fines. CCHS will accept cash, checks, or VISA/Mastercard payment for school fees and fines. Please note that you will need a separate payment if you purchase school pictures.
  3. If you received a fine letter in the mail this summer, you will be required to stop at the bookkeeping office to resolve the fine.
