2012 Season
February 28 Practice Begins! In order to practice you need to be cleared through the athletic office. Being cleared through the athletic office includes filling out the emergency card and other paperwork and paying the $90 athletic fee. If you have questions please call the athletic office at 720-554-2461.
Practice is everyday at 3:20 pm. Practice will run until around 5 or 5:30 pm. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of each week the athletes will also lift weights. This is a mandatory part of our practice unless they are currently enrolled in advanced fitness or a weight class at the school. Athletes should bring appropriate clothing to practice inside or outside everyday. This would include sweats, hat, gloves, shorts, t-shirt and a water bottle. Depending on the weather we will either meet out on the track or in the south gym. Information will be posted outside the girls lockeroom near the North gym.

Varsity athletes have practice every Friday!! JV athletes are expected to
compete every Friday.
Please contact me or your athletes coach if your athlete is going to miss
practice. It is very important that we have this communication in advance
of practice.

Candid Athlete Photos?

The school is changing the spring sport insert for the yearbook this year and
they need candid photos of kids from last season. Does anyone have some
candid photos of last years freshmen, sophomores or juniors? If so, please
email them to me here and I will forward them to the yearbook office.
Thanks for your help.
