Registrar's Office Communication: Summer 2026
In-Person Check-In Details
- All families MUST complete Parent Forms and Virtual Check-In Forms before their student attends In-Person Check-In.
- Each student MUST complete in-person check-in on their own.
- Seniors and Freshmen will start in the West Building and end near the South Gym.
- Sophomores and Juniors will start and end outside of the IC Building.
- For incoming 9th graders, please allow approximately one hour to complete all required check-in stations. For grades 10-12, the process typically takes less than 30 minutes unless they are picking up a new technology device.
- Students may not attend classes until they have completed the In-Person Check-In process and have their CCHS picture ID. Absolutely NO COSTUMES will be permitted.
Students must check-in during their assigned day/time or at a later time on their assigned day. Students may not check-in ahead of their assigned time. Students who miss their assigned day can check-in on the make-up days listed below.
- Make-up days in the West Cafeteria:
- Freshman Only – Friday, August 14th, 8am - 9:15am (If you still need to check-in, go to make-up check-in before attending Freshmen Orientation.)
- All Grades – Monday, August 17th, 8am - 11am
- Late Check-In in the West Cafeteria:
- All grades – Tuesday, August 18, 8am - 10am (first day of school)
