Arena Schedule Changes
Who: Students in All Grades
What: Arena Schedule Changes - Students can explore possible changes to their schedule. Students may add or change classes for the following reasons:
- Graduation requirement (grade 12 only)
- College Admissions requirement (grade 12 only)
- Fewer than four core classes (must add a class)
- Short the required number of classes (must add a class)
- Strengthening schedule (adding a class to an open period)
- Elective change - A student may change semester long core classes and/or elective classes only if the change does not impact the other class periods and if there is room in the requested class.
Date:
- 11th and 12th grade: Wednesday, January 7, 3:45-5:30 (only 11th and 12th graders can attend on this date)
- 9th and 10th grade: Thursday, January 8, 3:45-5:30 (only 9th and 10th graders can attend on this date)
Where: IC Innovation Center
After School Activities: Students will be excused from practices or after school activities.
Don't miss Arena Schedule Changes due to after school practice or activities.
Important Advice:
- The lines are very long! Only attend if the change is essential.
- You cannot make a Level Change during Arena Schedule Changes. It must be done before or after. Talk to your teacher and the department coordinator if you believe a level change is necessary.
- Our classes are very full, especially the electives. The possibility of making a change is very small.
- Teacher change requests will not be permitted during Arena Schedule Changes.
