Testing Dates and Information

Star Assessments are short tests that provide teachers with personalized learning data for each student.  Star tests are computer-adaptive, which means they adjust in difficulty to each answer students provide.  9th and 10th grade students will take a Star test for math and reading in the fall, winter, and spring. Teachers analyze the data they receive from Star Assessments to learn what students already know and what they are ready to learn next, to monitor student growth, and to determine which students may need additional help.  Star Assessments are research-based and scientifically proven to help teachers guide each student on their unique path to proficiency.

All School testing day. No Regular Classes.

Students are automatically registered to take the following exams at no cost:

11th Grade - PSAT/NMSQT - This is the National Merit Qualifying Test. Juniors can potentially qualify for the National Merit Scholarship. Additional information about this exam can be found on the College Board website.

10th Grade - PSAT/NMSQT - Sophomores can take this as a practice test. They are not eligible for the National Merit Scholarship.

9th Grade - PSAT9 - This is great opportunity to take the PSAT9 in preparation for State required testing in April.

At Home Practice test - All students can access practice PSAT exams, at any time, through the Bluebook app on their school computers.

10th Grade students are automatically registered for the PSAT10 exam at no cost.

11th Grade students are automatically registered for the CMAS Science exam.
